I haven’t done so well eating wise lately. Last night was a low point - I ordered myself a pizza and purged the entire thing within minutes of finishing it. I am desperate to lose weight and I’ve followed a whole load of new thinspo tumblrs today looking for inspiration. I’ve done it once before…

Stomach and thighs go last for fat loss, because they are the core energy storage areas to keep your organs and stuff warm and functioning, so don’t be that discouraged if you don’t see a lot of change there even though your face is changing. I had pizza last night too. It was delicious, but unfortunately not that healthy since it was from pizza hut. My family and I ordered the $10 dinner box (a good deal for cheap fast calories), which all together is like 3500 calories, but my share was 550 with a slice of pepperoni mushroom pizza, a breadstick, and 2 cinnasticks, (which is just a breadstick cut in half with cinnamon sugar instead of garlic parmesean lol). 550 may be a lot for some, but I think what matters is the satisfaction and learning to be at peace with what and how much you choose to put in, so you don’t feel the need to purge. We all make mistakes, but what matters is learning with every one.
