if i did a twitter with all my thoughts on diet and whenever i was hungry / fasting / binging / about to binge and shit like that. would you guys follow or would that be a complete waste of time? cuz i feel like i never write any updates on tumblr only pics but twitter would be different? what do you guys think?
I don’t think it would be a waste of time because even if no one follows it, it would still be an exercise in holding yourself accountable for your actions. I regularly go through my tweets every three months and do a “tweet purge” for my own privacy and for the purpose of looking back on good/bad times. It’s like a mini-speed diary. It could help you analyze your thinking/eating cycles/habits and help you make decisions on the future depending on what you want to change.
