These are some of the exercises you can do to tone the inner thigh area. It’s an often neglected spot, since a lot of running can tone your outer thigh but not as much the inner. Working both sides of your legs can also help keep your knee cap from being pulled on unevenly, so you can have good stable knees.

(Though the description on the website is a little different from the picture so I don’t really know why that is.)

And of course lots of cardio stuff to burn fat, but this will at least make the area you’re after gain some firmness and strength!
